Shasuki is Shabu-Sushi-Tepanyaki â€œAll You Can Eatâ€ concept with a specialty on japanese hot pot dish prepared on â€œconveyor lineâ€ with assortment of garden fresh vegetables including napa cabbage, onions, carrorts, bok choy, scallions, bell peppers, broccoli, shitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, tofu, udon noodles and also thinly sliced of beef. Each customer/table gets a pot of boiling water and broth on their table, made with konbu (seaweed). The ingredient are then cooked in the broth and then dipped in either a citrusy ponzu sauce or goma-dare; a white seame peanut sauce and eaten over a bowl of steamed white rice.
