Shang Palace’s versatile team of chefs has prepared special Chinese cuisine with a fresh and fruity twist. Guests will find a series of fruit delights in the selection of main courses. Beef lovers can indulge in the Wok Fried Guava and Sliced Beef with XO Sauce. Seafood lovers can enjoy the fresh sensation in Pan Fried Garoupa with Orange Sauce, Stir Fried Scallop with Strawberry, Deep Fried Scallop Roll with Banana or the Deep Fried Prawn with Avocado in Spicy Sauce. Guests that prefer poultry can delight in Double Boiled Sea Coconut with Chicken Stock or Crispy Roasted Duck with Mango.
To bring a sweet ending to the guests’ fruity meals, Shang Palace offers a range of fruity desserts such as the Double Boiled Chinese Pear with Almond and the exotic Deep Fried Crispy Durian.
Shang Palace’s Fruit Delights is available from 12 to 26 July 2011 at prices between Rp. 48,000++ and Rp. 138,000++ per portion.
