For those who prefer Eastern delights to celebrate Easter, Shang Palace is preparing an oriental-style Easter lunch set on this special occasion. Presenting a six-course Chinese set menu, Shang Palace invites oriental food lovers to delight in its special Easter brunch, from the enticing appetiser platter of Lobster with Home-made Orange and Honey Sauce, Crispy Mushroom with Garlic, and Chilled Beef Shank to the sweetness of White Fungus with Watermelon served with Sesame Balls for dessert. The Oriental Easter Set Lunch is available at Rp. 388,000++ per person.
Meanwhile, Chef Oriana Tirabassi has prepared her Italian "Mamma Easter" specials to rejoice the day at Rosso. The Rosso Sunday Brunch Buffet will feature a wide range of Italian antipasti, from assorted Italian cheese, pizza and seafood to home-made pasta. Reaching their reserved tables at Rosso, guests are welcomed with a selection of Italian delicacies presented at the table, from eggs, cheese bread, rustic pie, Easter cheesecake, ricotta and salami to fresh home-made Italian sausages. After enjoying the pass-around Oven Roasted Stuffed Vegetables, Roasted Baby Lamb and Home-made Gnocchi Prime Beef, guests can choose their main course from the three selections of Grilled Salmon Fillet (served with beetroot sabayon, vanilla bean oil, grilled zucchini and lemon risotto), Rice with Seafood and Forest Mushrooms, or Beef Tenderloin in White Wine Sauce. Children are able to enjoy a range of "egg-citing" Easter activities that Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta has prepared for the little ones. Children can get their little fingers busy with egg painting game or gather in groups to compete in the giant egg painting game, and the egg hunt at the hotel’s garden will excite the children.
