    Shang Palace: Luscious Lobster and Geoduck 
    The newly refurbished Shang Palace Chinese restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta offers guests two of its exotic ingredients this April, lobster and geoduck.  Guests can delight with the extensive selection of the best authentic Chinese lobster cuisine, including Steamed Live Lobster in Plum Sauce, Braised Lobster with Preserved Soya Bean and wok-fried selection like Wok-fried Lobster with Almond in Salted Egg Yolk.  Shang Palace also offers a selection of exclusive and exotic geoduck cuisine, including Poached Geoduck in Superior Soup, Geoduck Sashimi, and Steamed Geoduck with Enoki Mushroom in Minced Garlic for guests to enjoy.  The Shang Palace Luscious Lobster and Geoduck promotion is available from 5 to 26 April 2011.

    Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at Shangri-La Jakarta's elegant Lobby Lounge. Escape from your busy day and rest your mind with delicious options from Moet et Chandon High Tea buffet. Presenting a rich variety of tea and generous selections of sandwiches, scones, patisseries and cakes along with a glass of Moet et Chandon champagne for your luxurious enjoyment, Moet et Chandon High Tea is available from 3 to 17 April 2011, daily from 3 to 6 p.m. 

    B.A.T.S.: Saint George’s Special
    Celebrate the memorial day of the patron saint of England at B.A.T.S.
    Feast in honour of Saint George with an exclusive set menu of Chicken Liver Pâté, Traditional Cottage Pie and a sweet Cherry Trifle Layered with Blueberry Sauce. The Saint George’s Special is available from 18 to 24 April 2011.
