Molecular Cuisine will be featured for the first time in Indonesia at Riva Restaurant.
We have an opportunity to bring in 3 French chefs and they will showcase Molecular cuisine in RIVA at the end of the month.
To introduce you to Ferran Adri’s now famous concept of Molecular cuisine, we will be flying in three young talented French chefs for this special promotion.
Chef owner Laurent Belissa of L’Aubergine Restaurant, his Pastry Chef and Chef owner Guillaume Trouillot of L’Esplanade restaurant, will demonstrate their techniques in our open kitchen and will awaken your senses with their Mediterranean Cuisine.
