There are more than two hundred wines in Rosso’s wine cellar. Inside the minimalistically decorated glass towers, these wines can be taste either by the glass or the bottle. Rosso’s restaurant manager and resident sommelier, Mr. Dudy Haryanto, will gladly choose the most delicious wine to match anything you eat. Apart from the predominant Italian wines, Rosso also serves the ultimate French wines and new world wines such as the ones from South Africa and California.
For wine enthusiasts or those who wish to learn more, Rosso hosts monthly wine luncheons, events that let wine lovers and winemakers to meet, mingle, and share tips.
Rosso also serves the classics such as margarita, bloody mary, the exotics such as piña colada, tequila sunrise, and long island ice tea, and special creations with secret recipes.
The secret recipes are conveyed in the Rosso Chill Out Cocktails category, each is Rp. 68,000++. Every formula of these sixteen cocktails, is deliciously presented in a contemporary glass, a feast of the eyes on its own.
The uniqueness of cocktails does not stop only its shape and taste. Even the presentation itself is Rosso’s very own. Ask for a trilogy, and the bartenders will give you the one chance to experience three sensations with one formula. The Blue Agave (tequila, blue curacacao, cocoa syrup, lime juice, passion fruit), D’Violet (vodca, crème de casis, lime juice, strawberry syrup, blue curacao), and Pink Flamingo (gin, apricot Brandy, granadine, apple juice) for example, can be presented in trilogy.
Rosso’s main dining section has a seating capacity of 93 and its lounge can hold up to 40 people. The restaurant opens for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and for dinner from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. The lounge opens from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and from 5:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. Restaurant reservations are recommended.
