    Bali, renowned as the Island of Gods, has enchanted the world through its beauty. The extravagant magnificence and delights of Bali also extends to its cooking. SATOO buffet restaurant is offering guests a glimpse of the tropical island by presenting the Balinese Culinary Indulgence from 15 to 21 July 2011.

    In the Balinese Culinary Indulgence, SATOO offers its guests the opportunity to dine and delight in the feast of flavours of the Balinese kitchen, presented in a variety of exotic dishes that the paradise island has to offer through the restaurant’s vibrant open kitchen buffet stations.

    To awaken guests’ appetites, a series of traditional Balinese light dishes is available at the appetiser station. They are Lawar Be Sampi (Vegetable Salad with Ground Beef and Fresh Grated Coconut), Tongkol Base Bali (Tuna Salad with Spicy Sauce), Ayam Pelalah (Shredded Chicken with Chilli and Balinese Herbs), Bebek Metunu Sambal Matah (Roasted Duck Salad with Chilli, Shallot, Lemon Grass and Shrimp Paste Dressing), Selada Ikan Laut Nusa Dua (Seafood Salad Nusa Dua-style), Udang Me Base Gede (Shrimp Salad with Spices), Tum Bebek (Steamed Marinated Duck in Banana Leaf) and Kakap Mekukus Base Kunyit (Steamed Snapper with Turmeric Sauce).

    Guests who prefer soup can try Garang Asem (Spicy Chicken Soup with Raw Papaya) or Rawon Be Sampi (Balinese-style Clear Beef Soup with Turnip).
