Continuing its monthly promotions, this July Aston at Kuningan Suites proudly introduces a new exquisite culinary journey called “The Tropical Feast” at its accolade winning Mediterranean restaurant, Pastis Kitchen & Bar.
The Tropical Feast’s appetizer and soup includes BBQ CHICKEN SALAD, marinated chicken in olive oil and garlic with fresh mix salad and lemon dressing, also GREEN GAZPACHO, a cold soup consisting of blended tropical vegetables such as cucumber, green tomatoes and green bell pepper. The main dish focuses on meat, a tender grilled AUSTRALIAN LAMB CHOP WITH BALADO SAUCE, an authentic Indonesian chili sauce, served with sautéed vegetables. The feast would not be complete without a Passion Fruit Mousse, a thick soft mousse with passion fruit sauce, served with hazelnut ice cream on top of puff pastry.
“The Tropical Feast” promotion affords everyone the opportunity to appreciate Indonesia’s natural resources in a unique and incredibly fresh feast,” said Chef James Pasalbessy.
To complement your meal, Pastis Wine shop provides an extensive wine list with over 130 kinds of wine from Italy, South Africa, France, Argentina, Chile, Australia and New Zealand. Pastis Kitchen & Bar opens daily from 7am to 1am.
