MAD - stands for 'Modern Asian Dinner' - is a creative modern dining concept created by Singapore-based TungLok Group which located at the brand new Lotte Shopping Avenue, Ciputra World 1.
A quirky, bright, multi-faceted and wickedly fresh dining concept, MAD is inspired by the alter ego of Singapore's much-celebrated artiste, performer, composer and playwright, Dick Lee. By introducing many different elements of food, wine, creative cocktails and entertainment in one place, MAD is an artisan dining experience that pieces together a jigsaw of the finest and a unique ambience that a fun venue has to offer and cannot be found anywhere else.
The 200-seater restaurant features an open-concept kitchen and a bar, both with counter seats, allowing diners to interact freely with the chefs and mixologists at work. There is a large main dining hall, and a function room that can accommodate up to 30 guests for cosy, private celebrations.
On the culinary front, MAD brings together the best of the West and East, offering modern Asian Cuisine where popular Asian dishes are recreated with a Western touch while Western dishes where are Asian-influenced. Some of the must-try dishes include the Josper-Grilled Wagyu Beef Claypot Rice with Truffle Oil and Onsen Egg; Spicy Tiger Prawn Wanton Laksa Char Siew La- Mian, and Foise Gras & Beef Clypot Rice. Apart from these signatures dishes, MAD also serves a menu of traditional Dim Sum, a sure favorite for lunch.

Especially curate contemporary music, complemented by a state-of-the-art sound system, set the mood for the restaurant; while a live-band entertains on regular program.
In Dick Lee's own words, "MAD is a dim sum place in the day, and then a restaurant and cocktails bar at night. It has something for everyone and will never stop reinventing itself, whether in terms of food, beverages, style and ambience".
