      The term of Pasar Senggol refers to a traditional night market and during this promotion Rasa Restaurant will be transformed into a lively environment of food stalls from around Indonesian archipelago. Service staff will be dressed in national costumes while the soothing melodies of old time Indonesian music will set the mood.

      There will be a selection of regional delicacies showcasing the nation's diverse culinary heritage such as: Itik Lado Mudo, Dendeng Balado, Rujak Kangkung, Mie Kocok Bandung, Nasi Gudeg and other delicious dishes to please the palate. Do not miss to try the traditional mouth-watering snacks, such as Colenak, Nagasari, Carabikang, Bugis and many more. In addition, various fresh meat and seafood are available in the Barbeque station with the selection of sauce and condiment to satisfy your appetite.

      For visitors it is the ideal introduction to the distinct flavours of Indonesia, while members of the local community will appreciate the opportunity to feast upon popular dishes in a five-star setting.

      Mr. Mike van Bokhoven, Director of Food & Beverage from InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza, says, "This is the second year we held Pasar Senggol "Best of Indonesia" during the festive season.       This event will run from 1st November until 30th December 2013 for dinner only and priced at just Rp. 278.000++ per person (food only). Table reservations are highly recommended.
